Rhonda, no this is not what I said. I said that the e-mail client does not handle HTML. But since 4.0, BrailleNote has worked very well with HTML files and this is still the case in 6.1. And in fact on the web there is a vast improvement. We've never promised PDF support, but you can use the e-mail based PDF conversion tools to convert them.
