Hi, all.  PDI, I'm just curious:  When BN's are sent in for servicing, are 
the Braille displays upgraded to the new display, or is that something 
that's done for a fee?  If you charge extra for it, how much does it 
cost?  Also, I can't remember what it costs to upgrade from a 18 to a 32 
cell display.  I believe it's something like $3600, but not sure;  can you 
refresh my memory?
