Hello Krista: I use earthlink with my VoiceNote QT very successfully. I'm assuming here that you're using a dial-up connection. Make sure you've selected Hayes-Compatible on Comm. 1 as your port choice. Can you tell us what kind of error message you're getting?? It might help the diagnosis.
