Hi, folks: This is a question for Dean, Jonathan, or any of the PDI folks. If one suffers from trouble of some sort with the Flash Disk, will this adversely affect the running of the new upgrade? When people see "flash disk is unavailable", is this a software or hardware problem? Also, since I'm having trouble with my BN, and may be sending it in, are we close enough to the release dateforthe upgrade that, if I sent a check, I could expect my BN to come back with the new upgrade?
