Hi List thanks to di I will try it but I did put it near a radiator in the 
hotel I did notice that after while you could just feel the braille on the 
display but now there is nothing. actually I did beat the guy maybe that's 
why he did it. I think it's a grate idea of having some cover for the 
display as if this does happen it can be really costly. I know there four 
plates under the display each costing about hundred pounds each so I hope 
it's just one of them. all the best.
