Roger, with the greatest respect, it doesn't.

The very first time I tried erasing the folder, I got the message, before each
file, asking if I was sure I wanted to erase it, even though it was protected.
It was only after the last file was erased that I had this problem. Repeated
use of the y for yes and ENTER key to conclude the erasing have no effect
whatsoever.

Which folder is the backup program in, and would it help to erase it and
reinstall?

Rhonda, I can't even find the name of the file in the "Including Hidden Files"
mode of the File Manager, so I can't move it, rename it, copy it, erase it,
boil it, fry it, roast it, not a thing can I do with it.

Further ideas greatly appreciated.

Warm regards,

Jim Taylor.
