Hello there, I have previously refrained from commenting on this issue, as, I for one have only ever experienced a couple of occasions a year or so ago, when the "no subject" anomaly occurs, I do wonder how much is the fault of the Braillenote, and how much is the fault of the server. Perhaps however, it is something to do with sheer numbers, for I seldom have more than a hundred emails to deal with as I am fortunately able to get at them twice daily. Surely, however, if it is a Braillenote fault, all of us would have suffered from this error. Something to think about. Don Cooper.
