[Braillenote] Going nomail

Hi, listers!  Well, I'm going on vacation for a couple of weeks and wanted to 
set the Braillenote list to nomail, but I'm having a senior moment and don't 
remember the syntax to do this.  Can anyone help refresh my memory, grin!
