[Braillenote] lines still cutting off

Hello everyone,
    I am having a few formatting issues with my Bn. It seems that when I type a 
document and print it out, a few letters of a word are missing. For example,
if I type the word refuse ref will be on one line, and use will be on the next.
Does anyone know how to fix this annoying problem? Word wrap is turned on by 
the way.
