Dean, I only have one smtp, so can't try that suggestion you gave to Allison; but I did try your suggestion to delete the old message and copy and paste its contents into a new one, and that doesn't solve the sending problem. The only thing that seems to solve it is to write a new message. So I wonder if there's something about the message or its length that Keymail doesn't like.
