Hi, folks: I've always been very satisfied with PDI's Tech Support staff.  I've 
talked to a fellow, named Al, and a couple other folks, and they've always been 
able to answer my questions, and tell me what to do when I mess something up.  
I don't usually leave messages; people, in general, don't respond as well.  
Therefore, if I can't reach Tech Support at that moment, I try again later.  
Yes, some of them do work in other places, such as Michigan.  I'm sorry that 
some of you guys have had trouble reaching them; as for me, I give them pretty
