As a followup to my previous message, if you are not running activesync in the systray, you shouldn't have to worry about repeatedly checking and unchecking the box in activesync connection settings, just remember to turn off your braillenote and restart your screen reader so the bn drivers won't be loaded just prior to attempting an activesync connection.
Then, once you're through running activesync turn your braillenote on and enter terminal mode and then restart your screen reader. You should then be using the bn as a terminal again. Don
