[Braillenote] embossing with braille note

Hi all i am trying to emboss with the braille note but my embosser is not
embossing.  Every thing goes fine the braille note even says that the
embossing is completed successfully.  What is wrong?  Using a romeo 25 and
key soft 5.1 and a braille note bt.
