Hello Listers, I know how to mark emails individually and how to mark all emails. What I would like to know is the following. I conduct a search for the subject line Braillenote. My inbox presents me with all of the emails that have the subject line Braillenote in the more. How can I mark all of these at once without having the BN mark everything in the inbox? Meaning it marks all emails in the inbox not just the emails related to the Braillenote list. I was thinking there used to be a way to do this without having to mark each email individually. Maybe this was somehow removed from Keysoft 5.1? Thanks for your time and your help. Lisa
