Hi ian, interesting suggestion. I think the reason why it's done the way it is now, is to keep the database as small as possible. We're also somewhat constrained by what Outlook does in order to be compatible for synchronisation purposes. But your idea is perfectly logical and I'll make sure we investigate it for the future.
