Hi Bob, I can insert files into emails I have donex before. Am I the only person that can do this? I am sure the reason it wouldn't carry out the command last night was because of the two copies of the file although I didn't get a message about ting the problem. This is inwitheresting why can some people insert files into emails and others can't? Is this a Keysoft version issue or what? I have Kesoft 5.0 burned into my unit. Maybe this is all some misunderstanding? Interesting though those files I was able to insert into emails were ones created before I had Keysoft 5.0 burned into my unit. Thanks for any feedback. Lisa
