Lisa, I use my Braille Note for Bookshare and believe this or not, last 
Monday, I couldn't download a book from there. I got no error message or any 
message but after about 10 minutes of beeps I hit escape and heard some 
message saying unable to download the book. It was called_AMERICA's _QUEEN
And so I think it has something with the server.
