Hi Steve, if you have two counts remaining on your SMA, then your SMA covers the 6.1 upgrade, since you use one count for Windows CE 4.2 and the other for KeySoft 6.1. If you only have one count remaining, then you can purchase another SMA for the regular SMA price, and use the first count to complete your 6.1 upgrade.
