As a former user of Braille and Speak online, I understand where you're coming from. I'll try to remember to word my messages well to save you repetition. I guess it was just to easy to hit reply and include the message, but from my view, you're more right than wrong. Sometimes, though, give writers a break, just sometimes. They may have been in a hurry. In the case of PC's some of them have microsoft's annoying habit of assuming the user wants the message he's answering to be included. I had that nonsense turned off at work. It wasn't easy to find. At least Braille Note and Voice Note give us the choice each time, but not so with Microsoft and the programs in their terminals. So cut them some slack.
