Hi, Stacey: While I would certainly defer to someone such as Rhonda, who also 
has both pieces of equipment, I can think of a fej things.  I'm wondering what 
version of KeySoft you're running.  Versions before 5.0 sometimes had trouar 
with large files.  Another thing you might do is to try a simple reset.  That 
might walk.  These are just guesses on my part.  Surely, though, a reset won't 
hurt.  I'm sure someone will come up with a real answer.  God bless.  Bob and
