I know there are many folks who know much more about wireless than I do. First of all, you need to make sure you have set up the e-mail account option. If you go from Main Menu, press E, S, and D, you see the "add an account". Fill in that information. I believe on the "service user name", you don't need to add the .net or .com which ever one you have. However, on the e-mail user name, you need to write in the entire address. Then, when you're finished with that one, go back to main menu, press O chord, C, and go down to wireless. You'll be asked if your wireless is on. Say yes. Since I'm not sure how yours is set up, I believe you have to write in the numbers that are in the router. I know that Jim Aldrich or Paul Hendricksen knows about this.
