Here is some more info. We have no security on our Cyslink, no wep, or any other security. My husband is getting anxious. I just went in to see if I could download a very small amount of mail and I received 2 errors, 10022 and 10060. I have also seen 10054. I also tried the net and got the dreaded page cannot be found. However, my cable and computer are fine. We have also checked the Ambicom with a laptop and Aldo says it is working fine! Reggie
