It's no use, I'm afraid, Rhonda. When I press the letter a, as you say, I get KeyList, but I find that Laura's steps 2 and 3 and Maria's steps 2 and 3 are different. I have tried both, and keep going round in circles, between the KeyList options menu, selecting a file, entry for addresses, etc., without getting anywhere. I can't select the file in the way that you say, because the back space takes me out of KeyList into the main menu, and exits me. This time, as a last resort, try giving me numbered instructions, and I'll follow them and record them, and let you know just how I get on.
When I am in KeyList and press l, I get Selection List For Address List. I am totally baffled. Kind regards, and thanks for being so tenacious on my behalf, Jim Taylor.
