Which version of BN are you using? There's a known problem with Keysoft 6 in the PK that won't send to some SMTP servers - mine won't for example! But it'll receive from the POP3 server no problem! Dean and Jonathan have already acknowledged the problem with some ISPs on this list and have assured us that the problem is being addressed; I have every confidence that action will be taken promptly.
