Hi All, I know this has been covered before on-list but I do not remember how to solve the problem that I have just this morning started getting with my BrlNote. When I try to use the planner I get the message: "cannot start the planner and the alarm system, press reset. If the problem persists reinstall this version of keysoft". I have tried the reset method with no keys held down, what's next?
