ck 7:00 am Well, since my last meinsage wanting to know if others have trouble with their braille note modem, I tried a different and a brand new phone line and with one acception of not being able to find a server, it's logged on every time and this is several times over the past few days. Now I know why tech support people always ask about your connections and I feel like an idiot because that's probably been my problem the whole time, but it works now and for anyone else who's having constant connection issues that could be a good thing to check and I think I'm going to keep this phone cord with the bn and solely for its use which up to now I have not been doing.
