Hi Tina, in the KeySoft 6 series, the Directory of Services no longer exists. Instead, you have a database of network connections, and a directory of e-mail accounts. So all you need to do is set up a connection at the wireless hotspot you want to access, then choose the e-mail account you wish to connect to which is stored in the directory of e-mail accounts.
