Hi, Lisa, When you see those messages, like "exception: writing violation" or
"error" things, those aren't BN issues; they're either issues with Windows, or
with the Web site. And you're right; the BN will freeze at that point.
Sometimes, you can go back in, and it'll work; sometimes, you can't. There's
just something wrong with the web site or the message. Sometime, I see it when
I'm responding to an email message. There's nothing to do but delete the
message.
By the way, there's nothing wrong with doing resets. For instance, on the NLS
site, you have to reset the BN after a few downloads. So, you just do it. If
you have a chance to get your PC, you might want to do it. God bless. Bob and
