Hi Beth, thanks for reporting this. There's nothing we take more seriously
than data loss. These issues can often be difficult to track down, since
some people can go for years without a problem. that's no consolation when
the problem happens to you though. Sometimes the relationship between the
operating system and KeySoft can mean that finding the source of the
problem is a major exercise. nevertheless, I've forwarded your message to
our R&D team and I appreciate you letting us know of the problem.
