[Braillenote] no subject

Hi Listers,
I know this is something that's been discussed before, but I'm having to do a 
simple reset several times a day, because my e-mails, for no reason, suddenly 
decide to download with no subject and the from field is marked anonymous.  Why 
does this happen and is there anything else I can do to stop this from 
happening?
