Hello Judy: Your router manufacturer should have given you an IP address where you could access your router settings. If you have a LINKSYS router like mine, and you haven't changed any of the default settings, the IP address you want to program your browser to is 192.168.1.1 and the password is ADMIN.
Start your browser like you would normally do for accessing Internet, and then in the address bar, type the IP address given to you by your router manufacturer. hth Jeff
