Hi Vicky, You'll no doubt have seen Dean's response to you by now on this one. If you do want to run the battery right down by using either Speech or Braille, put a flash card like the Sandisk Wireless Card into the PK, which causes it to draw more current and hence will run down more quickly. In point of fact, while Dean rightly points out that our measure based on voltage won't be as accurate as the gauge approach, I personally prefer not having to calibrate etc. The voltage check is how most conventional PDAs do it as far as I know.
