Dear Tina, I bought my latest card from Memory Suppliers. Their URL is www.memorysuppliers.com they have all sizes of cards and all prices. You can either order them online or call the toll-free number on the web site. The card I bought was a Lexar Media 128mb card. I just inserted the card and started using it, so I'm sure it's formatted.
