Hey c^id you ever get that figured out? I still want to know what that whole product key means, but i plugged my unit in just now cuz it was at 20 percent, did a couple resets no keys down and it seems ok. at least for now. i'd still like to know what the product key is and what it meansen it wants that if anyone knows or will share because the resets i did yesterday didn't work interesting. i woonder how it'll do when it's back to 100 percent and i'm out and it's all i have. hopefully it'll just act normal. is this a goodt time to cycle my battery or something although i didn't do that the first year i had it and they did it when it in pdh in june. xsn't just say, "somebody charge me!" so i don't know what all that meant
