timezones is in section 1.20 in the getting started section. However, here is
maybe some helpness information. Select your Time Zone. To cycle through the
list of time zones, press SPACE with dots 1-4. Alternatively press the initial
letter. Complete your entry by pressing ENTER.
In daylight saving time. Press Y if you are in daylight saving time, or N if
you are not, followed by ENTER.
Enter the current time. Press SPACE with H to display instructions on how to
enter the time in the format you have selected.
Enter the current date. Press SPACE with H to display instructions on how to
enter the date in the format you have selected.
After setting the time and date you will be returned to the Utilities Menu.
