Hi again,

I have a student who has three email addresses.  I have set up services for
all three.  Her personal and professional ones work just fine, but the third
one connects and then says that it can't connect to the pop server "err box
locked."  What does this mean and how do I fix it for her?  All three
addresses are using at&t, and the first two work.  I'll look forward to any
help I can get.
