Jennifer, it kind of sounds like your settings are a little different. If
you press the Letter A, what happens? I mean, from the Main Menu. If it says
"keyList file name? press Backspace or (Control with D. Make sure you're in
the Flash Drive. Space down to KeyList, press Enter. You want to get to the
"address List. Press Enter. Press L to look up an address, and see what you
have. I'm just guessing, that may not be correct at all.
When you try to write an E-mail, does it show you have a database? If it asks
you to create one, press Y.
