Hail all ...

Using my BrailleNote BT 32 I choose to set out my letters using tabs and
writing the address out myself at the top of the page. If I tab 5 times so
that the first cell of each line of my address is in cell 16 (with the
corresponding print position being position 31), and go back to check that
vertical alignment is true using space with dots 1-5-6, then print out, lines 2
onwards are, indeed, in true alignment, but the first line is either shifted
massively over to the right so that it only partly appears, or it isn't there
at all. Also, when I'm writing the address in this manner, tabbing to the
place I want on the line, what I'm brailling disappears into thin air off the
right-hand end of the braille display. What might I or the machinery be doing
wrong, and how to correct it, can anyone suggest?

'Bye for now,
John Goddard.
