Hi All, Are those of you purchasing the PK obtaining either the hardware or software maintenance agreement for it at the same time? Or, do you maybe plan to wait until the first year is up to do that, if you plan to do it at all? And, do you have any idea of pricing for the two agreements? When I called PDH a few months ago, I believe I was told something about a ten percent discount on one of the agreements if bought at the time of purchase. But, of course I don't remember which agreement; and, too, that was for the BrailleNote, as the PK wasn't shipping yet.
Yes, grin, I know I can call PDH, and will probably do that later on today, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask here first. Thanks.
