Hi Rhonda and All, No, unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you, wish I did. But, I don't think any of us are trying to ignore you, especially after you have been so helpful to all of us; but, rather, we just don't know how to fix your problem and don't want to make things worse.
I guess this must be really frustrating for you, especially when you get your unit back on a Friday or Saturday, and then have to wait for a Monday for tech support. And, guess it must be especially frustrating in your case, seeing as the unit has had a problem and had to be sent back twice before in the last six weeks. But, hopefully all of this will be sorted for you soon.
