[Braillenote] Line Brakes in keyword

Hi, I hope someone can help.  I have a braille file with phone numbers in it.  
I put it on my Voicenote QT from my Braillelite m20.  I added two names and a 
phone number to the file on my vnqt.  I wanted two names on one line, but 
keysoft has put a line brake between the second persons first and las name.  
How can I fix this so that the name isn't broken up like this?
