Does anyone know how common these corruption problems are? I'm wondering because my unit's just back from repair mostly for that and now Doug is having the same thing. Doug, when did you get your bn has it been in the last year or so? I have a friend who works with this technology
and says she's seen it a few times and once twice with the same person so i'm wondering how often people should expect problems if you can do that. I know with my desktop computers I got lucky and never had trouble but with absolutely every portable device I've had like the bn or braille lite they've all had problems more than once but I think I've finally learned to back up my data so, how would I do that? What files should I copy in the planner and phone book to copy the necessary data in case of problems.
