Hi Listers, Okay I'm trying to do something very simple I think. I have done this before and it works. I have already tried a reset and the problem is not disappearing. All I want to do is insert a file into an email. I go through the steps press enter on the file name and nothing happens. I don't get the message about is this is a Braille or a text document nothing. The file is there intact because I can open it in keyword. It was created as a keyword Braille document. I am very confused. I can try inserting a file in a test message to myself but this is too weird. I always think it's odd how technology chooses to work sometimes and refuses to work at other times. Thanks for any help you can offer even if it's to tell me others have experienced this problem. I use a BT model by the way. Have a great weekend everyone. Lisa
