[Braillenote] suppressing grade 0 and grade 2 indicators?

Hi.

I'm Brailling a long document into my BN containing paragraphs of text and 
music examples.
I'm switching to grade 0 to enter the Music Braille, but I'd love to 
suppress the constant $gr#0 and $gr#2 indicators if possible.
So, can this be done?
Alternatively, I could enter everything in computer Braille, but after 
doing Grade 2 from about age 8 onward, it really is strange brailling out 
words in full.
