Hi, folks: With all of the talk, both positive and negative, about 6.1, I have
read some messages which trouble me greatly. These messages are from folks,
who have tried to download hundreds of email messages at one time. One person
mentioned 300 messages. With all due respect, that's too many messages to
download. I don't care what upgrade you're running; i not download that many
messages, there is a chance that you're going to corrupt your database. That's
a drag, because, then, you have to delete it and re-create it. Your BNSTVN is
always going to hang up, if you try to download that many messages. If you
notice that you have that many, you should stop the process after 50 or so.
6.1 has its issues, but that isn't one which not can pin on the upgrade. God
