Hi Listers, Okay I found the attachments sub-directory in the /keymail directory. I'm still curious about why the BN or my email server or whatever deleted the email I should have received during the few hours the database was not working. I just figured the server would still have it. I'm not too upset that the BN didn't download it but I thought Earthlink still would have had those emails I had received. I just dislike sending emails out to people saying things like gee if you tried to email me I didn't get your message. I just dislike it when people email me with things like that. Thanks for your time and your help. I'm just glad my email and Internet are working again. Thanks also to Bob for the explanation about the freeing database space. I'll see what haspens when my email download number hits the double digits. Lisa
