Hi Listers,
I got on to the site to download my product key, logged in, clicked on the 
download package.  It asked me where I wanted to download my product key and I 
said downloads which is what it presented, but after it was done, or at least I 
thought it was, I went to the downloads folder and it wasn't there.  Where is 
it and what is the command to see all including hidden files? I thought it was 
chord x? Can you help?
