Hi Everyone, I didn't mean for my posts yesterday to generate so much traffic on the list. I have not tried installing the upgrade yet. I'm going to wait maybe until Friday until I have time to devote to it to call tech schpport and get someone to help me. I may need someone's help in installing the product key since I don't have a PC. I'll look in the little bag that contains the flash card for the label. Yes labeling the flash card's case incorrectly plus the instructions in Braille and print both said Keysoft 6.1 I had someone sighted check the print directions. Both of these factors added to my confusion and assumption that if the case and the instructions said Keysoft 6.1 then that's what it must be. I don't feel that my rights were violated I just hope PDI isn't this careless in the future with labeling items incorrectly.
