Hi Paul, I'm just getting back to you as promised. I'm advised that there was a hold up with obtaining Microsoft Windows CE licenses. We are not legally allowed to ship without them. Obviously because this relates to the operating system, this is a one-off situation outside of our control. We've now received more licenses and have begun shipping more to the US. I apologise for this, we don't enjoy being in this position any more than customers do, but we're back on track now. The vast majority of customers have now received the update, but the demand is high and there are still a few hundred who haven't. We'll remedy that as soon as we can.
