John, you can make appointments every week or every month or every six
months, whatever you want to do. I don't know how often pianos need
tuning, but the planner should be able to handle your needs OK. You
can even make notes in the planner, e.g. changed hammers on e-flat and
one on g-sharp will need replacement next time. <smile> I don't
play, I have no idea what kind of notes you'd make, but you get the
idea.
